Customized Cookies & Digital Delights

Once they are baked to a light golden brown, they are customized with your artwork, printed in edible ink directly onto the Royal Icing or Rolled Buttercream.

Elizabeth’s cookies are on printable, edible sugar paper and applied by hand to each sugar cookie base or hand drawn directly to Royal Icing.

How it works

With over a lifetime of baking experience, we have refined and perfected our process. Once the dough is mixed and rolled, we hand-cut and hand-place every cookie onto baking trays. Our cookies are then carefully baked to perfection. Once cooled and gathered, each cookie is hand-dipped Royal Icing or our delish Rolled Butter Cream by Mz. Synth or Elizabeth herself. We then print or decorate directly onto our iced cookies!

The BxB kitchen is properly zoned with the state we live in, insured and most importantly, health board approved! The BxB kitchen gets regularly inspected by the WA Dept of Agriculture Certified Cottage Food Industry On-Site Inspectors. Our Food Safety Training & Food Handling Certificate is also up-to-date.

All orders are picked up at our beautiful showroom location in downtown Longview.
